Description

Tucked along prestigious Biltmore Circle in Phoenix, this 2,100-square-foot luxury casita serves as a high-tech office villa and private retreat on the historic first parcel deeded from the Wrigley Mansion estate.

Marking architect Jeff Page’s first Arizona project following his move from New York in 1996, Jeff designed and construction-managed the custom build from the ground up, including a bent-steel, triple-arch canopy on the main estate.

It stands as a milestone in SpaceLineDesign history—the firm’s final project drafted entirely by hand in graphite on textured mylar before evolving into AutoCAD, AI, and VR. Outside, an undulating sandstone path leads past cascading water gardens to reveal a palette of aged copper, warm redwood, and honed black granite framed by sweeping curved stucco wings.

Modern Mediterranean Luxury Home at Asher Peak | Rio Verde Valley

Sitting atop Asher Peak, this new 3,600-square-foot modern Mediterranean custom home offers commanding views of the Rio Verde Valley and the Four Peaks Mountain range. Seamlessly blending Spanish elegance with contemporary desert luxury, this three-bedroom estate—stylistically captured in Rio-verde-tuscan-style-home-design.jpg—is designed for premium indoor-outdoor living.

Architectural Drama & High-End Amenities

The home opens to a soaring two-story foyer featuring a curved staircase, wrought-iron accents, and three 21-foot-tall vertical windows that flood the space with natural light. An elegant bridge-walk connects the main levels, creating a flawless architectural flow:

Main Level: Features a formal dining room overlooking an outdoor water feature, a gourmet kitchen, an elevator, and a sound-dampening, velvet-padded door to a private sunken theater.
Upper Level: Houses a split-wing layout. One side features a cozy primary suite with a corner fireplace and private balcony, while the opposite side holds a "kids' wing" with a second bedroom and a dedicated balcony office.
Rooftop Deck: Accessible via a spiral staircase, a sweeping rooftop patio offers 360-degree mountain views and easy access to eco-friendly, cost-saving solar panels.

Resort-Style Desert Living

The outdoor spaces embrace the Sonoran Desert landscape with a wraparound stone patio, a multi-level pool deck, a heated spa, and a shaded pergola. Nestled nearby, a separate Guest Cabana provides a private retreat for visitors, highlighted by a breakfast bay window with dramatic, vertiginous views of the valley below.
