Description
Tucked along prestigious Biltmore Circle in Phoenix, this 2,100-square-foot luxury casita serves as a high-tech office villa and private retreat on the historic first parcel deeded from the Wrigley Mansion estate.
Marking architect Jeff Page’s first Arizona project following his move from New York in 1996, Jeff designed and construction-managed the custom build from the ground up, including a bent-steel, triple-arch canopy on the main estate.
It stands as a milestone in SpaceLineDesign history—the firm’s final project drafted entirely by hand in graphite on textured mylar before evolving into AutoCAD, AI, and VR. Outside, an undulating sandstone path leads past cascading water gardens to reveal a palette of aged copper, warm redwood, and honed black granite framed by sweeping curved stucco wings.

This elegant 9,000sf main home on .9 acres was one of the original properties deeded off from the historic grounds of the Wrigley Mansion back in 1930. This Modern Casita occupies the rear grounds of the main estate where Jeff also redesigned the entire facade and added a striking bent-steel, triple-arch, illuminated canopy, echoing the similar arches surrounding the 12' tall mahogany double entry doors.
This project marked architect Jeff Page’s very first design & build custom home in Arizona after relocating from Upstate New York in 1996 when he was 35 yo.
Jeff designed and construction-managed this custom build from the ground up. It also holds a unique place in SpaceLineDesign history as the firm’s final project drafted entirely by hand- using graphite pencil on textured mylar, before embracing computers and AutoCAD in 1997 and ever since then, using technology and techniques leading up to today’s AI and Virtual Reality shaping the world today.

It sits behind a 9,000sf main home on 1 acre lot, one of the original parcels deeded off from the historic Wrigley Mansion grounds in 1930.
On this main home, Architect Jeff Page redesigned and renovated the entire front facade and added a striking bent-steel, illuminated white triple-arch canopy echoing the original 1930 arches around the 12' tall mahogany double entry doors.
This was Jeff’s first Arizona design and build custom home, after relocating from Upstate New York in 1996 at age 35 with several custom homes already under his belt.
He designed and managed all construction and custom furnishings from the permits on up, managing local sub-contractors and coordinating all sourced items.
