Dubai Pebbles and Tower Buildings

Upon moving to Dubai, the first major project I stepped into as a senior leader was a $1.25 billion, 35-acre master-planned commercial and high-density residential development centered around a walkable, green campus.

Designed intentionally for the film and entertainment industry, this fast-paced, dynamic project was managed by Jeff at DIAR Consult as the direct liaison to the local client investors.

He oversaw an international team of 16 prime consultants, which included architectural firms from London, landscape architects from Sydney, and several multinational UAE-based architecture and engineering teams.
